Mii Time - an ideal choice for post-natal exercise
Chester – Hoole - Upton

Ready to start exercising again after having your baby? Feel that the time is right to take control and get your old body back again?
MiiTime offers the type of exercise that suits you.

Pilates works & tones the whole body: correcting posture; mobilising the joints in particular the spine and strengthening the vital ‘core’ muscles. It strengthens, stretches & lengthens the muscles thereby improving flexibility. Pilates can help you to regain control over your body by gently but effectively working on the core muscles.  It restores physical vitality whilst also relaxing the mind. Pilates is a slow, controlled, flowing exercise which is suitable for all. Ask about our new introductory sessions for complete beginners.

Circuit training for ladies is a great means of improving your fitness in a  friendly, supportive and sociable environment. Circuits improves stamina, tone, mobility and strength with an all-body work out. It is  suitable for post-natal exercise as you can work within your own capabilities  and build up as your own fitness improves.

Both forms of exercise can usually be started as soon as the all clear is given by your GP. Prices start from £20 for 5 sessions.
