They can also lend materials for children with hearing, visual, physical or learning problems and dyslexia. Kidsguide tip Bookstart is a national scheme to encourage reading. Bookstart aims to provide free packs of books to every child aged 0-4 in the UK. Bookstart BookCrawl encourages young readers to become library members and collect stickers & certificates.
