| Cheshire Centre for Independent Living |
Cheshire West and Cheshire East Volunteers (14 years+) needed for West Cheshire Buddy Scheme & Buzz Youth Activity Group to support disabled young people to access community sports and leisure activities of their choice either on a 1 to 1 basis or in a group setting. You can commit yourself to as much or as little time as you are able, however we do ask that you do not over commit yourself as it can be very disappointing for a young person to be let down or for a group to be cancelled due to lack of volunteers available. You will receive on-going support and your supervisor will endeavour to provide any relevant training you need or request. A thorough reference can be provided for you once you have completed 20 hours volunteering. 01606 872760 (ext: 228) |
