I am Certified Infant massage Instructor and Baby Yoga Instructor and I run classes at Gresford, between Wrexham and Chester. Baby Massage and Baby Yoga can strengthen the bond between parent and baby, relax parent and baby, promote deeper sleep, aid baby's digestion, relieve wind and colic and develop baby's muscle tone and co-ordination. Both courses run over 5 weeks and each class lasts approximately 90 minutes to allow for discussion and refreshments at the end. At Baby massage each week you will learn to massage a different area of your baby's body, building to a full body massage in the final week. A bottle of organic massage oil and a course file of massage strokes is provided. Baby Yoga consists of a little relaxation with gentle stretching and breathing for parents and some lovely passive exercises for your baby. A course file of exercises is provided for home practice.
