3 working days of receipt of payment and materials. However at busy periods
it can take up to fifteen working days. If timing is very important (e.g. imminent event or product
launch) please contact Kidsguide in advance to ensure your timescale can be
met.

winter. If you let us know we can send you a reminder or automatically
restart your ad as requested.
Can I have a free
basic listing?
If you provide a product or service for children aged 0 - 14 and you are

for a free basic listing.
get a free listing.
I'm not based in
the Kidsguide area, can I still advertise?
Yes, you can have a paid advertisement but not a free listing.
Why should I pay to
advertise when I can have a basic listing for free?
Advertising on Kidsguide gives you a higher profile and promotes your
products and services above those of your competitors.
Featured listings,
featured events and bulletins are in higher profile positions, are larger,
and include an image and much more text than basic listings. They are
flexible and can be used to announce special offers, new services etc. In other words
they are much more attractive and noticeable so attract more enquiries.

started putting our logo on Kidsguide, we've received lots more enquiries"
